Giving my thoughts on the new iPad Mini and iPad 4 Apple announced at their event the other day.

iPad Mini Event - Times and Live Coverage

 

Apple has now sent out the invitations for their September 12th event where they will be announcing the new iPhone! If you look at the picture above you can see the shadow of the date makes the number 5, hinting at it being called the iPhone 5. If you've heard me talk about it i've said many times it wont be called the iPhone 5 because its the 6th gen iPhone. Maybe they thought the iPhone 5 was a better name since everyone is already calling it that and the new iPad got laughed at for its name. Pod2g Demos iPad 3 iOS 5.1 Untethered Jailbreak

As you see in the video above Pod2g is showing a demo of his iPad 3 jailbroken and untethered on iOS 5.1. This is good news for everyone on iOS 5.1, if it gets released. But now iOS 5.1.1 is out. As of now I'm not sure what his plans are to release the next jailbreak but I will keep you updated.
