Back up/sync/all while jailboken

How do I back up all my themes/text, e mail sounds from cydia? Also
the free apps that I got from Installous? I'm trying to figure out how
I can back up all my jailbroken stuff on my iPhone 3gs (with latest
firmware installed) and then sync with iTunes, then jailbreak my
iPhone and retain all my old stuff. I've been searching for hours on
this. I'm trying to get ready for the next iPhone update.

Please help!!

Look for pkgbackup in cydia, although you should just be able to sync your apps.
