App request for windows: dvd ripper

Could someone post a good dvd ripper that can convert normal dvds and tv show dvds into any format like for cell phones, ipods, psp? I would like one to ripp my dvds and tv shows.

I haven't been on my PC lately but as soon as I do I'll get AnyDVD, CloneDVD, and CloneDVD Mobile. For now here are some, keep in mind I haven't tried them out yet
