Like me, you have probably noticed that the source to find the "setWallpaper" tweek is down.... well I found out that iSpazio (a source you already have) has a version. Just do a search in Cydia for: Desktop/SMS Background. this tweek operates the exact same way and even better you don't have to add any more sources to bog down your iphone memory I hope this helps :D
