For me I don't want to update the latest firmware 3.1. That mean's I cant get the MMS update. I'm jailbroke on 3.0.1 and like it. For a couple of week now I have been having trouble getting this going until I updated my carrier file to 5.0. It worked until today. I guess it got blocked by the AT&T MMS roll-out...who knows it just stop working all day. Then I came across some new instruction and followed them. My MMS work again! It claims to be carrier file v6.0 by StealthBravo. When download it reads ATT_US_STEALTH.ipcc. Well enough of me blabbering on here are the steps...

1. Open Command Prompt (it’s in Program Files -> Accessories).
2. Copy and paste the following command and press enter:
cd C:\Program Files\iTunes\
If you’re using a 64-bit operating system use the following command instead and press enter:
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes\
then
3. Copy and paste the following command in Command Prompt and press enter:
iTunes.exe /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1
5. Connect your iPhone to your PC and open iTunes.
6. Click on your iphone in iTunes then hold down the shift key and at the same time click Check for Update in the iTunes window.
7. On the right-hand side there should be a drop-down, click on it and select “iPhone Carrier Configuration files (*.ipcc)“, find the ATT_US_STEALTH.ipcc file and then click Open.
8. Let it update.
9. Disconnect iphone from pc and reboot iphone.
You should now have MMS on your Iphone...
