Wi-Fi problem

Everytime i type in my homes Wi-Fi password correctly it says im unable to join but wen i use my friends wifi it works please help.


Its a 3GS btw and i did dub check pw

double check the password u are entering, or it could not have enough signal to connect (iphone or ipod touchs wifi isnt as good as laptops)

try reseting ur router and then reconnecting

i meant all iphones, i dont think the wifi thing got any better

Nah, so far the receiver has made minimal upgrades.

ok so i changed the pw on my router and everythng and still same shit happesn "unable to join network"

Have you tried to join any other free wifi spots?

yes i went to a different state i came back and it just doesnt join anymore FUCK

Try going to Settings>General>Reset and reset your network settings on your iPhone.
Try to connect after that. Oh, no swearing.

The 3.0 is been having this problem and fixed it in the 3.1.... You could shut your device on , then off. YOu can also do a restore which is what helped me (but lost jailbreak).....

And just check your network to make sure it is working!
