The good people over at Bloomberg have been talking about a possibly new thing coming to iTunes. Its called Lala. Lala is a Music streaming technology that will make it cheaper for people buying songs. How does this change the price? Well now iTunes has it where you pay $0.99 – $1.29 to buy the song. That song is downloaded to your hard drive. With this new “Cloud” strategy you can get a song for $0.10 and have full access to it on the internet, or you can buy it for $0.79 more to download to your hard drive for a total of $0.89. This is good for the people who just listen to music, and have no need to actually have these files on their actual computers. For more information, and to sign up now go to Lala.com

Why not just Youtube the song? I swear, if you’d pay 10 cents to listen to a song I’d rather listen to it on the radio. Besides people would rip it too with audio recording software. I doubt this would ever happen to itunes.
